Warehousing. Kitting & Assembly. Fulfillment.

More than 5,000 pallets of client material are stored here today — with room for 5,000 more — in 80,000 sq ft of temperature-controlled warehouse space in Nashville, TN. Storage on its own, or storage with kitting and fulfillment under the same roof.

Storage, full stop.

Ask around and you'll find 3PLs that treat storage as the front door to services you didn't come for. We treat it as the service. Your pallets on our racks or our floor, real-time visibility into every one of them, and a team that picks up the phone — whether you're here for a month of overflow or a multi-year program, with fulfillment or without it.

More than 5,000 pallets of client material sit in this building right now. Some are components staged ahead of kitting runs, some are finished goods post-production — and some are here because storage is the whole job. We're glad to have every one of them.

If you ever want kitting or fulfillment, it's already in the building. Your call, on your timeline.

The building, by the numbers.

Eighty thousand square feet, and every one of them is air conditioned. Temperature-controlled isn't a premium room here — it's the whole building, so goods that can't sit through a hot summer in a metal warehouse — chocolate, candles, cosmetics, supplements, electronics — never have to.

Twenty-six feet of clear height keeps the racking efficient overhead, with racked positions and open floor space below — floor storage is an option whenever it suits the freight. Ten dock-high doors keep inbound and outbound moving at the same time, and a grade-level drive-in door handles anything that arrives on wheels.

And the address does its share of the work: 0.6 miles from I-24 and 19.6 miles from downtown Nashville — positioned to serve Middle Tennessee daily, and Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia beyond it.

80,000 sq ft · air conditioned throughout, 70–75°F typical · 26 ft clear · 10 dock-high doors + 1 drive-in · racked + floor storage · 0.6 mi to I-24 · 19.6 mi to downtown Nashville

Short-term, long-term, month-to-month.

Some storage wants a contract — reserved space, a rate that holds, budget certainty for the year. Some just needs a month, and maybe another after that. Both answers are yes: short- and long-term contract storage, or month-to-month with no minimum term.

What comes in is just as flexible — e-commerce inventory, seasonal overflow, components staged ahead of a kitting run, finished goods waiting on a ship date, or a project's worth of pallets that only needs a building for a few days. And it doesn't have to arrive on pallets: floor-loaded containers are a yes, too — our team hand-unloads, sorts, and palletizes the freight ourselves.

Any scale, for exactly as long as it needs to stay.

Cross-docking, 0.6 miles off I-24.

Some freight doesn't need storage — it needs to change trucks. Trailers unload at one of ten dock-high doors, product is sorted and staged on the floor, and it's reloaded and back on I-24 pointed the right direction, no storage leg in between. Floor-loaded containers are part of that work too — hand-unloaded, sorted, and palletized at the dock before they move on. And if a load needs to sit more than a few days between legs, the racks are in the same building — same WMS, no second location.

Middle Tennessee is one of the better places in the country to do this: cross-docking in Tennessee puts freight within a day's drive of much of the eastern U.S., and this dock puts it 0.6 miles from the interstate.

One building. One team. No transfer step.

Storage here doesn't sit in a silo. Components sit in storage — racked or on the floor, whichever suits them — and move straight into the kitting area when it's time: no transfer truck, no second receiving, no gap in the record. Finished kits can roll back into storage or out the door through order fulfillment, all recorded in the WMS, all handled by the same crew.

That's the quiet advantage of one building: your inventory never rides a truck between services, and nothing gets re-counted or re-received along the way. See our Kitting & Assembly services and Order Fulfillment .

See every pallet from your desk.

Everything that crosses the dock is scanned or entered into our WMS — Excalibur by Camelot — from the first touch. Your team gets WebLink View, a client portal with 24/7, real-time visibility into your inventory: what's on hand, what's arrived, what's moved out — whenever you want to look, without emailing anyone for a count.

Names stay off the page here, same as everywhere on this site — just the work.

Surge / project storage

700+ pallets. Six weeks. Out in one.

A short-term project engagement: more than 700 pallets received and racked, stored for six weeks, and then shipped out — all of it — inside a single week. No long-term commitment going in, no slow wind-down going out. Pallets in, pallets out, project closed.

Storage questions, answered.

Can we use you for storage only — no kitting, no fulfillment?

Yes — gladly. Storage clients get the same racks, the same WMS and WebLink visibility, and the same team as everyone else in the building. Add kitting or fulfillment later if it ever makes sense — or don't. Storage is a complete engagement here.

Do you have a storage minimum — pallet count or term?

No on both counts. Month-to-month with no minimum term, and no minimum pallet count — a small footprint gets the same care as a national program. Contract terms are there when you want rate certainty, not because you're required to sign one.

What kinds of goods can you store?

Almost anything that fits on a pallet — retail and e-commerce inventory, packaging and components, finished goods, print and promotional material. The whole building is temperature-controlled, so heat-sensitive goods are at home here too. For goods that carry regulatory or compliance requirements, the honest answer is that scale decides it: for a program of hundreds or thousands of pallets, we'll work through what compliance asks of us; for a couple of pallets, the setup usually isn't worth it — for either of us. Tell us what you've got and we'll give you a straight answer.

Is the whole warehouse temperature-controlled?

Yes — all 80,000 square feet are fully air conditioned, typically holding between 70 and 75 degrees. There's no premium "conditioned room" to pay extra for; the entire building holds temperature, so chocolate, candles, cosmetics, supplements, electronics, and anything else that can't take a hot summer in a metal building never has to.

Do you offer cross-docking?

Yes — ten dock-high doors and a grade-level drive-in, 0.6 miles from I-24, with floor space to sort and stage between trucks. Freight that needs to change trucks in Tennessee without a storage leg is exactly what this dock is set up for — and if a load needs to sit more than a few days between legs, the racks are in the same building.

Do you accept floor-loaded containers?

Yes — including containers that need hand unloading. Our team unloads, sorts, and palletizes floor-loaded freight at the dock, whether it's headed into storage, into the kitting area, or back out on another truck.

How do we check on our inventory?

Through WebLink View, our client portal — 24/7, real-time visibility into what's on hand, what's arrived, and what's moved out, from any browser. No calling for counts, no waiting on an emailed spreadsheet.

Can you store components before a kitting run and finished kits after?

Yes — that's the point of one building. Components sit in storage — racked or floor — then move straight into the kitting area without a transfer truck, and finished kits come back to storage or ship straight out, all recorded in the WMS. See our Kitting & Assembly services .

Where are you located?

We're in La Vergne, TN — 0.6 miles from I-24 and about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville — storing and shipping for clients across Middle Tennessee, the Southeast, and beyond.

Tell us what needs a home.

Pallet counts, what the goods are, how long you think they'll stay — whatever you know so far. We'll come back with how we'd store it and what it costs.

Owner-operated — your quote comes from the people who run the building, not a sales layer.
